If your bottle arrives damaged, pressed, broken, or leaking, please follow these steps:

2. Share your order number and clear photos or a video showing the damaged or leaking bottle and its packaging.

3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Please do not send the product back before receiving instructions from our team.

3. Return Shipping Label

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Attach the provided label to your parcel and send the item back according to the instructions shared by our team. Please pack the product securely to prevent further leakage or damage during transit.

4. Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

We cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or decided not to use it after placing your order.

5. Refunds and Replacements

Once an approved return is received and inspected, our team will inform you whether the request qualifies for a replacement or refund.
